I am here to summarise your performance for last week. Truthfully it is not up to my expectations. Besides your playing, your attitude is worst. I heard complains for last friday's practice. Lost count. Totally no leader in charge at all. At all okay. ASLs, what have you all been doing all this while? Lazying around? I thought its pretty obvious that if the SL is not around then the ASL will automatically be in charge. But when mr wong asked who was the leader last friday, no one even dare to speak up. Are you cowards? I hope not. And last friday, i heard that sectional warm ups took more than 30 min and you are only left with 15 min or so to practice on the 4 songs. 15 min is not enough. Warm ups should only take less than 25 min. Who say you can extend your sectional warm ups? Ive given to whoever the schedule but it seems that you are not even following strictly to time stated in the schedule. Then what for i give you the schedule? I mean seriously it is ridiculous for the section to practice all songs in just 15 min. And then no wonder you guys played like crap during combine band. Lack of practice what. Seniors also. No one even dare to speak up and say that sectional warm ups is only for 25 min. Whats this? I have said so many times that you must be daring no matter what. What happened last friday and what you all did is NOT up to my expectations. This is only mine expectations. Not yet mr wong's.

I know you guys can do it. I have long enough have faith in you people.
What if one day i finally give up on you guys? You wouldnt want that to happen right.
I have never given up you. But some times, your actions already can show me and force me to give up.
But i have never did. And never will.
Dont make me lose trust and faith in you.
Thats the last thing i would do in life.

So please cooperate and seniors better buck up.
