Okayokay. I'm doing my job here to motivate you guys! Yay me!
So, I really hope that you have been your score-studying at home during the weekend on Eagle Bend and Lion City Festival. Before next band prac, all of you must know how to play already. Never say cannot. Plus, Lion City Festival is actually an adjudication piece for Primary Schools SYF Central Judging this year. If they can do it, so can you! Definitely you can. If you keep telling yourself you can, of course you can! But if it's the other way round, then obviously you cannot la cos you already tell yourself you cannot. Like what I said, dont underestimate yourself! Everyone is stupid from the start. It's just a matter of determination and will. If you put your 100% guts to improve yourself, no doubt that you will be a good player in time to come. Plus, if you have the passion for band, I assure you that you will grow to be a good player and member of the band in no time. Because when you have the passion, you will always want to improve and bring yourself up to the next level. You accept criticisms as they come as and when, and you will try your very best to prove them wrong.

If you have the guts, there should be no problem for you to grow to be a confident and good player.

One more thing, do motivate each other even if it's just a phrase or word like "GO Angie!" or "Don't give up!" because you never know that a simple word might mean a lot to you when the world has turned its back on you or when you just feel like everything seems worthless.
