anyway, just a reminder. THERE WILL BE NO BAND FOR THIS UPCOMING WEEK until further notice. So that clearly means that you fellow women and men.. oops, wrong .. fellow guys and girls need not come for band. HOWEVER, you are required to loan home your sticks and scores tomorrow - Monday, 13 July . Band store will be open right after school tomorrow.

Other than that, I would like to take this opportunity to say to all sec. 1s and 2s percussionists.
Welcome back to school! Haha. Gosh, 1 week of elearning is boring right? But to me it's fun. Because you get to stay at home and never go to school. XD

Not forgetting, a big THANK YOU to our dear Sophia Lim Shu Hui =D for creating and opening up a blog specially for PERCUSSION. I think she sort of got really bored of elearning. Oh, here's a story.

One day, a long, dark-haired girl, Sophia, was at home busy doing e-learning. Worst, she had to do it for 1 long week. It started to get utterly boring which made her real frustrated. Suddenly, a very 'good' idea pops up in her mind. And that is, to create a blog. But she was like, "Create blog for who uh?". She took a glance at her drumsticks. An another 'brilliant' idea came up. that is to create a blog for her section which is PERCUSSION ..

Haha. I know i know. the story very lame right? well, I'm just trying to fill in random stuffs in this first post of mine for this blog. -.-

Lastly, there's a very important msg here:
Dear Percussionists,
I am Anonymous from an island called Percussion. Since there won't be band for quite a long period, I would like to ask a favor from all of you. Please practice on your GRIPPING, STROKING, FOUR QUARTER RHYTHM and IRECOMMEND. Make sure you master all of this basic fundamentals until band resumes. There will be an audition for EACH and everyone of you soon. I really really want 100% passes for this audition. I know YOU can do it. I believe everyone of you would really love it to pass the audition right? And I am sure you guys especially the sec. 1s want to prove me wrong to what I once said , "you are really deproving", right? So take this audition as a chance for you to prove me wrong. Show me that I am wrong and you are actually better than what you are before. With that, GOOD LUCK!
